Chapter 1084 1084: Grey's Domain (4)

Watching his arm fly through the air like a piece of discarded rag, Gustav didn't know how he was supposed to react as he watched Grey's sword, which was now not only wrapped in ki but lightning, shooting towards him like a blazing star.

With a frown, his limb regrew as he deflected the blow to his chest and then drove his foot into Grey's midsection, expecting the warrior mage to go flying like before.

But instead, he looked downward to see a portal appearing around his feet, and the next second, it snapped shut, severing the demon's whole leg.

He was off-balance for a moment when a gigantic fireball slammed into him from above.

The demon was lucky he wasn't wearing any clothes, as if he were, the fireball would have disintegrated them totally as his body smashed into the ground with full force.

Rushing from above was a huge bolt of lightning.

Before it could land on the demon, he slammed his hand into the earth and shot upward.

Lightning wrapped around his remaining limb when the next second, his other leg regrew, now wrapped in electricity as he collided with the bolt of lightning.

His own lightning crackled with more force than Grey's, so that a massive explosion detonated in the domain with sparks flying in all directions.

Grey vanished from his spot and reappeared above the man with a huge earth club that crashed into Gustav faster than he could react.

The man was blasted into the ground with thunderous force.

Blood poured from his mouth immediately.

The next second, Gustav shot upright only to be smashed in the face by a literal earth train that sent his body crashing into the wall of the domain.

Luckily, the sphere held and only shuddered as black ichor sprayed from Gustav's mouth.

Clenching his jaws, he hammered his hands into the earthen train, shattering it to pieces when the crumbled rocks suddenly moved and hurtled towards his face.

With his uncanny agility, he blurred out of the way, dodging the stones that smashed into the domain's wall again.

The spot he stood in, Grey was already there with a thrust of his sword.

But the chains around Gustav spun and slammed the weapon away before the demon lunged forward with a lightning-fast punch towards the warrior mage's head.

The next moment, the distance between the two of them grew exponentially as Grey suddenly appeared in the spot he had stood in at the beginning of the fight.

The demon's fist crashed into the air with a thunderous quake that shook the ground heavily.

He blinked confusedly when Grey suddenly materialized before him again with a powerful uppercut that smashed into Gustav's jaws, causing his teeth to clash with each other loudly.

Grabbing onto the warrior mage's fist at his face, the demon refused to go flying as he tightened his jaws and his grip on the young man's hand.

Yanking him forward forcefully, before the space between them could grow, Gustav swung his head forward with the Supreme Magus closing his eyes immediately.

Tchaaaaak—!

The horns on Gustav's head slammed into Grey's head with brutal force and tore through after meeting a little bit of resistance.

Red mist erupted as the Supreme Magus' whole body was lifted and smashed into the ground from the force of the headbutt.

A heavy blood hammer suddenly swooshed into Gustav's hand, which he proceeded to hurl down at the spot where Grey lay.

A powerful gale of wind crashed into the demon with the force of two trains which sent him lurching backward with the hammer slipping from his hand.

Grey shot to his feet like a bamboo. Blood dripping from his head downward.

The red liquid covered half his face stopping shy of his nose.

It was even almost about entering his eyes if it wasn't for the ki barrier stopping them from hindering his vision.

Two deep punctures could be seen on his temples. Any further and his brain could have been on full display.

Blood threatened to spill from the mage's mouth as he saw Gustav charging towards him again with a colossal metal hammer in hand.

With his speed, it will only take nothing less than a few heartbeats to reach him.

Taking one more step, the demon felt his movements grow heavier by the second causing him to look down in order to see that the earth was beginning to hold him down.

They were desperately surging upward clamping on his feet trying to restrict his movements for even a few seconds.

And it worked.

Because directly beside Grey, wind and lightning had coalesced into a crescent sharp blade that fired out with blinding speed.

Within a second, Gustav had lost two of his hands and a deep gash spread across his chest that poured blood into the air.

The blood froze mid air then shifted and changed into a spear that shot towards the Supreme Magus with ultra-fast speed.

Earth surged upward and snapped into place absorbing the impact of the spear with a deafening bang that shook the whole domain.

The spear spun with rapid velocity and soon ripped through the wall hurtling towards the warrior mage when it suddenly veered off course like an arrow knocked away by the wind.

It crashed into the ground away from the Supreme Magus.

Shatter!

Gustav had now broken free of the earth restraints and was about to charge forward as his hands could be seen regrowing at lightning speed.

For some reason, they were slower than they should.

That was because of the heavy pressure from the domain upon his whole body.

Not only that, but Gustav was becoming weakened due to the strain from using his demon form and his demon blood magic.

Since there wasn't much blood to use, he was using his internal bodily blood to form projectiles since and it was beginning to take a toll on him.

But he didn't care. As long as Grey was gone, he would be happy.

"I see… So that's how to take you down."

"Huh?" Gustav blinked as the young man that was standing in front of him a few metres away was suddenly directly beside him with his sword flashing forward with blazing speed.
