Chapter 24 Leading People into the Ant Nest!
Chapter 24 Leading People into the Ant Nest!
"This is truly gratifying!"
Liu He felt a surge of satisfaction upon hearing that Feng Zhe had been expelled from the sect.
"He was just kicked out like that, will he do anything else to cause trouble?"
Liu He was wary.
The termite infestation in the forest area is almost certainly a trick played by Feng Zhe.
He was worried that Feng Zhe would cause trouble again before leaving.

Evening. Qixia Peak.
"Feng Zhe, stop dawdling and hurry up and pack your things to make room for us."
"Take all this messy stuff with you."
"And all these bottles and jars, I'm too lazy to clean up this pile of garbage."
Just after Feng Zhe's identity jade token was taken away and he was expelled from the sect, the menial disciples of Qixia Peak came to urge him to vacate his room.
In the cramped room, Feng Zhe lowered his head and silently packed his clothes and valuables.
Being driven away like a stray dog is a terrible feeling.
He cursed inwardly: "Pah, a bunch of snobs."
So what if I'm down on my luck for a while?
Even after leaving the Qian Yuan Holy Sect, he still has the opportunity to rise to prominence through cultivation.
He secretly vowed to make a name for himself and achieve something great.
After a while, he packed up his belongings.
There weren't many things, just a few pieces of clothing and some miscellaneous items.
He carried a bundle on his back, with silver and spirit stones in his pocket and several jars in his hand, and walked towards the outside of the sect.
We passed by Waishan Forest Farm on the way.
"Why should I slink away while they get to stay in the sect?"
"That bastard Liu He..."
He not only envied and was jealous of Liu He and Wang Yarong, who had been promoted to full-fledged servants, but also resented Liu He for undermining him and ruining his plans.
He was pleased with himself for having previously released termites, which resulted in Liu He and others being punished with a month's salary.
He was even more furious when he learned that they had exterminated the termites and were exempt from punishment.
"These last few good things are all for you."
Feng Zhe kept termites and other insects in several of his earthenware jars.
Termites reproduce very quickly; he had used quite a few before, and there were still some left.
Besides termites, he also kept a jar of wood-eating insects: pests that, like termites, gnaw on wood.
He decided to release all these pests into Liu He's forest area before leaving Qian Yuan Sheng Zong.
By this time, it was already dark.
Relying on his knowledge of the outer mountain forest farm, Feng Zhe evaded the sight of several trial repairmen and easily made his way to the vicinity of Liu He's forest area.
He hid in a corner until late at night.
"I didn't see Wang Yarong, and I didn't see Liu He either. This is a good opportunity."
Seeing that no one was around, he took advantage of the darkness and cautiously approached a large tree.
He opened the jar he carried with him and poured the contents onto the tree roots.
Then he walked to another large tree and released a batch of wood-boring insects.
Feng Zhe had no idea how much damage these termites and woodworms could cause. He didn't care; he was just trying to cause Liu He some trouble before leaving, driven by a desire to vent his anger.

"I hope I'm overthinking it."
Liu He is currently guarding the forest area.
Worried that Feng Zhe might have some other underhanded tricks up his sleeve, he switched shifts with Wang Yarong and took over the duty tonight.
"They've all been expelled from the sect; they should seriously consider their future path."
Liu He guessed that Feng Zhe had no intention of causing trouble and had probably already left the sect for somewhere else.
However, one should always be wary of others.
He didn't actually have much of a grudge against Feng Zhe before, but the fact that Feng Zhe went to such lengths to use termites to retaliate against him and Li Liangtian shows how narrow-minded he was.
"Huh? There's a noise!"
He is a cultivator who has broken through the Qi Refining stage, and his senses, such as sight and hearing, far surpass those of ordinary people.
Following the sound, he saw a blurry figure lurking in the distance.
"He actually came?"
Liu He frowned, his face full of disgust.
He circulated his spiritual energy and used a lightness technique to approach Feng Zhe silently from behind.
"Using underhanded tactics time and again, harming others without benefiting oneself. How can someone be so wicked?"
"If I didn't have the ant nest, and Feng Zhe had secretly sabotaged me, I definitely wouldn't have been able to cultivate Qi and stay in the sect."
"As the saying goes, cutting off someone's path to immortality is like killing their parents. It's no exaggeration to say it's an irreconcilable feud."
"Don't blame me for being rude to you."
"..."
This was Liu He's self-suggestion, because he was about to do something big.
"Hey, Feng Zhe."
His words suddenly rang out behind Feng Zhe.
"Who?"
Feng Zhe, caught red-handed in the act of evil, was startled and turned to see Liu He.
"Liu He, I... I really need to pee. I'll just leave now, I'll just leave now..."
Feng Zhe was so frightened that he blurted out whatever he wanted.
He was expelled from the sect and also used methods to damage the forest farm's property.
He wasn't afraid of Liu He, but of Emperor Qian Yuan!
If this gets back to Wu Shao, he's doomed.
"You were the one who released the termites, weren't you?"
"No, no, what did you say? I don't understand..."
Feng Zhe's legs had gone weak.
Liu He looked around; there was no one there.
To avoid being discovered, he put his hand on Feng Zhe's shoulder: "Come in and talk."

"Buzz~~"
Liu He led Feng Zhe through the ant nest!
He had previously tested that he could bring live organisms into the ant nest.
When carrying inanimate objects, the larger the object, the greater the energy consumed.
If a living creature carrying a living organism enters the ant nest, the energy expenditure will increase exponentially.
"Hiss—I feel a little dizzy."
Liu He didn't linger; he instantly returned to reality, back to the outer mountain forest farm, without even changing the spot where he was standing.
His figure vanished in a flash and reappeared in a flash, as if nothing had happened.
The difference was that Feng Zhe, who was beside him, was gone.
"Traveling with living creatures is too taxing, consuming both mental energy and spiritual energy."
He rubbed his aching temples.
"Could you bring a cultivator with a higher cultivation level than me into the anthill?"
Liu He didn't have a chance to test it.
The most important reason he took Feng Zhe into the ant nest was to test the nest's capabilities.
Of course, Feng Zhe couldn't possibly be alive.
Anyway, his actions are such a waste of air that he's alive, he deserves to die.
He was denounced by Liu He and fell into Wu Shao's hands, so he could not escape death.
"If I could get cultivators with higher cultivation levels than me into the ant nest, I would be truly invincible."
"With my tens of thousands of ant soldiers, killing a cultivator shouldn't be difficult, right?"
Liu He thought to himself.

Deep inside the ant nest.
Feng Zhe felt a blur before his eyes and found himself in a completely enclosed and spacious cave.
"Where am I?"
He looked up and saw that the dome was made of earth and stone.
The surrounding walls were also uneven soil and stones.
"How did I get here?"
Just a moment ago, we were in the outer forest of the Qian Yuan Holy Sect when Liu He discovered us. How did we end up in another strange and unfamiliar place in the blink of an eye?
He tried to go outside, and after walking for a short while, he saw a terrifying "monster" that was much larger than him.
Upon closer inspection, they turned out to be ants that had grown many times larger!
Several ferocious and terrifying ants guarded the entrance to the cave.
"Is it Liu He? Who exactly is he? A demonic cultivator, he must be a demon!"
Feng Zhe was terrified.
He was certain that Liu He was a demonic cultivator, otherwise how could he have brought him to such a strange place?
What's with those huge ants?
But he didn't understand why a demonic cultivator with such abilities would target a mortal like him.
