No matter how powerful the spiritual energy is, it cannot be circulated smoothly, and the cultivation will inevitably stagnate.
The third step is to integrate principles and make them reasonable.
By thoroughly integrating one's own unwavering principles with the profound truths of heaven and earth gained through enlightenment, one's physical body, meridians, and spiritual energy in the dantian align with the trajectory of the great Dao, eliminating hidden dangers and flaws within the Dao platform, and forging a perfect and flawless foundation for the Dao.
Only by achieving a thorough understanding of the principles of law and harmony between body and mind can one possess the supreme foundation for condensing the perfect golden elixir.
This is the ultimate goal of foundational cultivation. If one's own path cannot be reconciled with the principles of Heaven, it will be difficult to successfully condense the Golden Elixir.
Even if one forcibly defies the heavens to form a core, only low-grade mortal cores or impure and inferior cores will be born, making it difficult to improve one's cultivation in the future, and one will never have the hope of reaching the Nascent Soul stage in one's lifetime.
After reading the entire scripture, Shen Qing's confusion dissipated, and he gained complete clarity.

The changing of the four seasons is a concrete manifestation of the waxing and waning of Yin and Yang in the universe. Understanding this principle allows one to easily harmonize the Yin and Yang of one's own spiritual energy and calm the restlessness of one's Dao heart.
